"You shall not wrong a sojourner or oppress him, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt."
- The reason is simple~ We were in the same condition, "but" God saved us. This Word must be closely related to "The Golden Rule" of Christ Jesus (Matt 7:12). To follow the rule cannot be imagined apart from our understanding on who God is and what God has done for us via Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection in our lowest situation (everlasting death).
Thank you, Jesus, for you sacrificial love for saving me from the dead.
